Bisquik is a project created by The Center for BioImage Informatics at UCSB. It is a biological database consisting of thousands of annotated images. Users can tag images with text and graphically define regions of the image which can then also be tagged.

I primarily work on user interface elements for the Bisquik web application. The picture on the left is a column based search interface that allows you to filter images by their tag associations. This is one of the elements I created the client interface for.
